3. We handle the rest

After you place your order, we’ll submit it for production, a process that usually takes 1 or 2 business days.

Most of our products are made using a process called dye sublimation printing. With this process, your design is first printed onto transfer paper using special ink. Then, the transfer paper is carefully aligned with the blank product and placed into a special heat press. The heat causes the ink on the paper to sublimate - become a gas - and then the dye is deposited on the blanket where it bonds with the fibers.

Dye sublimation produces exceptionally vivid, long lasting prints that won’t smudge or bleed and are easy to care for.

After your unique custom product has been made, we ship it to your doorstep or to another destination of your choice!
