Refund policy

We have an unlimited returns and refunds policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase at any point, we'll provide a replacement at our expense including shipping, or issue a refund for the full cost of the product(s). 

We generally accept returns of new and used products. Products will be returned by mail, and we will provide the shipping label free of charge. There is no restocking fee.

We may ask you to provide a photo of the problem to be eligible for a return or refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund in case of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Refund For Order Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that all our customers receive rapid service and timely shipping, all orders are submitted for production one hour after purchase.

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase for a full refund. Refunding orders more than 1 hour after purchase is it at our discretion. 


Refunds

Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
